Automatic machine WRM200 is a maintenance free device that enables efficient and low-cost cleaning of squeegees and flood bars after printing. Due to highly advanced solutions used, the device reduces environmental impact of the cleaning process and improves working environment.
Usage

Characterisics of the device
- WRM 200 Cleaner is a in-line-type device equipped with two chain type conveyors dedicated to squeegees/flood bars which allows for achieving washing capacity up to 130 squeegees and 130 flood bars per hour
- in the subsequent zones of the device, the processes of solvent washing using pressure spray and brushes, rinsing with clean water, pre-drying blowing and automatic unloading into receiving containers are carried out
- the process is controlled by an analog electrical control system including light indication of operating states, emergency states and an easily accessible emergency stop buttons
- agents in individual zones (solvent, clean water) work in closed circuits, which significantly reduces their consumption and emissions into the environment
- stainless steel construction provide corrosion resistance and easy cleaning of machine
- efficient pumps and flat jet spray nozzles ensure optimal efficiency of the washing process
- closed process zones are equipped with inspection doors with safety interlocks, which ensures the safety of operating employees
