Automatic machine WMR10 is a maintenance free device that enables efficient and low-cost cleaning of soldering stencils after applying soldering pastes on PCBs . Due to highly advanced solutions used, the device reduces environmental impact of the cleaning process and improves working environment.

• Cleaning and rinsing are closed-cycle processes, which reduce solvent usage and emission .
• The device is equipped with separate pump and spray systems for washing and rinsing liquids to minimize the risk of mixing agents during operation
• WMR12 cleaning machine can be connected to the WF50 mechanical filtering and recirculation device, which allows periodic regeneration and reuse of solvent
• Cleaning chamber has a safety lock preventing its accidental opening during operation, ensuring operator safety
• Integrated ventilation system of the cleaning chamber is turned on automatically to reduce solvent fumes emission to the room
• Spray nozzle mounts are specially designed to allow quick and easy cleaning
